When purchasing liquids, you're allowed up to 72 ounces, at any given time.
Q: Where can I legally consume my Cannabis products
A: It's important to remember it’s illegal to open or consume marijuana or a marijuana infused product in view of the general public. Although broadly defined, you can generally assume it’s safe to use your products in the privacy of your own home. If you’re smoking outside on a balcony overlooking a public area, you are technically considered in view of the public, and therefore subject to possible violation.
For out-of-state visitors - we advise contacting your hotel prior to arrival - while some hotels do have rooms allowing the consumption of cannabis products - others do not. It's best to check beforehand.
Q: Can I consume my Cannabis products at The Black Market?
A: No you may not. Please do not open, smoke or consume Cannabis products in public.
Q: If I drive after I smoke, can I get DUI?
A: Absolutely. Cannabis can impair your ability to drive safely, putting others on the road at risk. Currently in WA, the limit is set below 5 nanograms per milliliter of blood - If you test higher than this, you will be charged with DUI.
